"This was the first time for me to purchase a motorcycle (a really motorcycle- Harley Davidson)I was really nervous because never bought anything new. The sales staff went over everything about the bike, the parts dept., the mechanics show me everything about the controls of the motorcycle, they also showed me all the great clothes and accessories. "I have been a customer of Jonesboro Harley Davidson since 1973, I had a 58 Duoglide and walked in even before they were even moved in completely and they helped me out, probably was one of their first customers. I have purchased bikes, had service performed, and bought lots of parts from them.
In '04 I had trouble with a Sportster and they stayed late to take care of the problem to get me back on the road.
On August 30th '07, I needed help with the title on a Harley they didnt even sell me and Cara went out of her way to help me out.
I have known the folks at HD of Jonesboro since the beginning and you wont find a better group of people anywhere.

"We were shopping for a new Harley. we called and visited different Harley Shops ,until we called Harley Davidson OF Jonesboro . You won't find a better place to buy a Harley . Wayne ,Cara and everyone are really nice people . They really go out of their way to answer any questions you have and help you out anyway they can. Wayne even called us to see how we liked our new Harley,not many dealers are like that ,most dealers once they have your money ,they are done with you. "Four of us were on a road trip to, who knows where. Looking at our hog atlas, we were close so we stopped in to get a shirt or two and spark plugs. Everyone was so friendly. You even loaned us tools to install the plugs!! Kristy picked a shirt she said she had been saving just for me!(sales pitch!! it worked) ALL the staff made us feel right at home. "I just recently purchased my second Harley from this dealership. My only regret is that I did not buy my first Harley from them. When I began looking for a Street Bob, I sent out a quote request to 14 dealers within 500 miles of Little Rock thinking it would be a couple days or maybe a week before I received a reply. After 2 months, Im still waiting on some of them to reply. But Fred replied the next morning with my requested info. Fred and Cara continued to work with me via phone and email until my bike arrived at the shop. By the way it arrived a week before the expected ship date..How did you do that? The dealer that I bought my first Harley from would not even discuss the bike with me in person until I placed a $1000 deposit on the table to order it. Fred and Cara made the entire process hassle free even though the entire transaction took place over the phone and through email(I actually did not meet them in person until the day I picked up my bike). Both were very patient and always returned my phone calls and emails the same business day. I bought my first Harley 2 years ago and had no idea what people meant when they talked about their preferred dealer. Well I am happy to say that I now have a preferred dealer. I am proud to tell everyone I bought my bike from these guys and I tell everyone I meet about my experience with Jonesboro Harley Davidson. I will never buy a Harley any where else. "
